About Me

I was born on the beautiful island of Sardinia, lived in Rome for ten years, and moved to London in my late twenties. Somehow, it felt like the place I was meant to end up all along.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, alongside Breathwork and Meditation.

My teaching is shaped by over a decade of personal practice, plus many years navigating both the corporate and creative worlds. I know first-hand what it’s like to juggle deadlines, packed calendars, unanswered emails, and the occasional existential crisis before lunch (and sometimes after lunch too), so I keep my classes grounded, inclusive, and free from yoga perfectionism.

My classes are also deeply influenced by music, especially electronica and techno, and by my love for strong, intentional movement practices. I’m fascinated by the way rhythm, breath, and movement can work together to create focus, freedom, and flow. Whether we’re holding stillness or moving dynamically, nothing is accidental: every sequence is designed to help the body move well, build strength, and develop greater mobility and awareness over time.

In my sessions, we’ll build strength and flexibility while developing a deeper awareness of the body and breath. I love finding that sweet spot between challenge and ease: thoughtful movement, mindful breathing, and just enough yoga philosophy to inspire without sounding like a fortune cookie.

Beyond my own classes, I’m passionate about making yoga more accessible and genuinely supportive for real life. I spent 2025 assisting the 200-hour teacher trainings at triyoga and co-founded Satya Yoga in 2024, an initiative focused on bringing yoga to more people and communities, including through a partnership with the NHS supporting staff wellbeing.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years, I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and move with purpose, with plenty of space for curiosity, humour, and the occasional wobble along the way.

My Philosophy

🧘

Balance

Finding the sweet spot where effort meets ease, and remembering it still exists even when life feels like a full inbox and you can’t quite touch your toes.

🌿

Mindfulness

Staying present, even when your mind feels like it’s working against you. One deep breath can change everything.

Growth

Seeing practice as a way to keep learning, trying, and sometimes surprising yourself with what you can do.

My Journey

As a child, I was always very active. Then adulthood arrived, and life got in the way, studies, jobs, and the ongoing process of figuring things out on my own. I grew up without a strong support system, which shaped the way I navigate life and its challenges.

After years of exploring spirituality and looking for something that could help me feel more at ease within myself, I found yoga. I started practising online in 2017, with Adriene Mishler as my first teacher. From there came the gym, and then my first MoreYoga membership. I was always drawn to the idea of making yoga more accessible, because not everyone can afford the polished studio experience.

Over time, I began meeting people who became both teachers and friends, and I found a community that felt genuinely supportive. I’ve often heard that “London is a lonely place”, but yoga helped me experience it as something far more connected and alive.

Just before the pandemic, I signed up for a 200-hour teacher training, which was postponed due to COVID. I was offered a virtual option, but I knew I needed to be in the room with people. During that time, yoga became a real anchor for me.

In 2024, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at triyoga with Adam Hustler and Michael James Wong. That experience expanded my community even further and brought new friendships I deeply value.

The rest is history: if we’ve met recently, it’s probably through yoga.

For me, teaching is about sharing my practice and the things that make me feel most alive.

I also work in the corporate world, and like many, I live a kind of double life. Sometimes I imagine what it might feel like to do just one thing, but I’ve always naturally moved between different paths. It’s what keeps me expanding, learning, and stops life from ever feeling stagnant.
